On Target Outdoors offers firearms, firearm accessories, ammunition, optics, hunting equipment, outdoor products, and related merchandise for sale in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
By purchasing any firearm or regulated product from On Target Outdoors, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for understanding and complying with all laws governing the purchase, transfer, possession, ownership, transportation, storage, and use of such products.
Certain products may not be available in all states or local jurisdictions. On Target Outdoors reserves the right to refuse, restrict, modify, or cancel any order that cannot legally be completed.
By purchasing or attempting to purchase a firearm from On Target Outdoors, you represent and warrant that:
You are legally eligible to purchase and possess firearms under federal, state, and local law.
You are not prohibited from purchasing, receiving, owning, or possessing firearms.
All information provided during the ordering process is accurate and complete.
You are purchasing the firearm for yourself or another lawful recipient as permitted by law.
You are not acting as a straw purchaser or intermediary for a prohibited person.
You understand that additional documentation may be required before a transfer can be completed.
Any false statement or misrepresentation may result in order cancellation and may subject the purchaser to criminal penalties under applicable law.
Unless otherwise permitted by law, all firearms purchased through our website must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder for transfer.
Customers are responsible for:
Selecting a receiving FFL dealer.
Confirming the dealer is willing to receive the firearm.
Providing accurate FFL information.
Paying any transfer fees charged by the receiving dealer.
Completing all required paperwork and background checks.
Firearms will not be transferred until all legal requirements have been satisfied.
Federal, state, and local laws may require a background check before a firearm transfer can be completed.
On Target Outdoors does not control the outcome of background checks performed by the receiving FFL dealer or government agencies.
If a purchaser:
Fails a background check,
Is denied transfer,
Refuses to complete required paperwork,
Fails to appear for transfer,
Is determined to be prohibited from possessing firearms,
the order may be canceled and the firearm returned to On Target Outdoors. Applicable shipping, return shipping, transfer, and restocking fees may be deducted from any refund.
We strive to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.
On Target Outdoors does not guarantee that:
Product descriptions are error-free.
Images exactly represent every product variation.
Inventory information is always current.
Manufacturer specifications will remain unchanged.
We reserve the right to correct errors, modify listings, update pricing, limit quantities, or cancel orders at any time.

Customers assume all responsibility associated with the lawful ownership and use of products purchased from On Target Outdoors.

I am at least 18 years of age and, where required by law, at least 21 years of age to purchase the products ordered.
I am legally permitted to purchase, own, possess, and receive the products contained in my order.

I understand that a background check may be required before transfer of a firearm.
I understand that transfer approval is determined by the receiving FFL dealer and applicable government authorities.
I understand that transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL dealer are separate from my purchase and are my responsibility.
I understand that firearm orders may be canceled if legal requirements cannot be satisfied.
I understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and all applicable store policies.
I acknowledge that product availability, pricing, and specifications may change without notice.
I agree that all information provided during checkout is truthful, accurate, and complete.
By completing checkout, you acknowledge that this electronic agreement constitutes a legally binding acceptance of these terms.
