Great staff that takes the time to discuss the many options you find at the store. They spend more time helping than trying to sell you something you don't need

The employees there know what their talking about and very informative.
The owner is an outstanding guy as well and is always down to help you understand, what you're looking for and why it would be best suited for what your needs are.

They were able to help me and get what I wanted without any problem during 1 visit. Other gun shops in the area were unable to find what I wanted.

Very friendly and helpful!

I hadn't hunted for the last 24 years, and since I'm nearing retirement, I wanted a once in a lifetime rifle and scope. I wanted a bolt action rifle that I would be able to hunt many species of animals with. Making sure that I knew what I was looking for, Scott shared the differences of many rifles and scopes, helping me to understand how each would or would not fulfill my dream rifle. The ultimate decision was mine without any pressure from Scott or the rest of his staff. Never have I been in a firearms store that gives the customer so much undivided attention like On Target Outdoors owner and staff gave to me. After this experience, I'm already thinking about my second in a lifetime rifle purchase that I will make from Scott and his staff. Kudos, and thank you so much for the shared knowledge!

We popped in randomly on our way passing through Castle Rock- not only were the staff the most helpful and kind people we've met on our trip but they also have a great selection of vintage guns. - Guys, our trailer is pulling true! Thanks again for the help!

Ignore the illegitimate, hyper-sensitive, overly-emotiotional and negative-charged comments about this business. As with the case with nearly all reviews these days, 99.9% of them are either falsified in some fashion, or from cowards unable to communicate and get what they want.

Scott and his staff are always welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. They are knowledgeable, grateful for the opportunity to serve their clients, and gracious when asked any level of questions.

Awesome staff! Very knowledgeable and patient with helping me with selecting a rifle that works for me. They had know problem running me through all the pros and cons of the different models that caught my eye and made sure that I was looking at ones that fit me. Ultimately very pleased with my purchase and will be back! :)

The guys at on target are always kind and helpful. They also have reasonable in stock selections and can generally order something for you if it's not in stock. They also have good prices and a 60 day lay away program that I've taken advantage of. The ammo selection could be alittle broader imo but isn't bad I was able to find something that would work each time I've gone in for ammo. Definitely a great place that will continue to get my business

This was my first visit and Josh was so respectful with my lack of experience in choosing a hand gun. Patient, understanding, professional and helpful. I hate to use the “woman card”, however I have been looking for a long time and been ignored, treated poorly and when husband with me they talked to him. As someone in Customer Care for 40 years it is so refreshing to have a store, Josh and the others provide the best care and respect. I found the perfect choice for me and my husband so appreciative, he also purchased one and plenty of other items.
Thank you and can’t wait to return:)
