At On Target Outdoors, we are committed to shipping products safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Because we sell firearms and other regulated products, certain shipping restrictions and requirements apply. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment authorization and order verification.

Federal law requires that firearms be shipped only in compliance with applicable regulations.
Unless otherwise permitted by law, all firearms purchased through our website must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder for transfer to the purchaser.
Customers purchasing firearms are responsible for:
Selecting a receiving FFL dealer before shipment
Ensuring the receiving dealer is willing to accept the transfer
Paying any transfer fees charged by the receiving dealer
Complying with all federal, state, and local laws
Completing any required background checks and paperwork
Firearms will not be shipped directly to residential addresses except where specifically permitted by law.
We reserve the right to verify FFL information before shipment and may delay shipment until verification is complete.
For firearm orders requiring shipment to an FFL dealer:
Customer places an order.
Customer provides receiving FFL dealer information.
Receiving FFL submits a copy of their current license if necessary.
On Target Outdoors verifies the license information.
Firearm ships to the receiving FFL.
Customer completes required paperwork and background check at the receiving FFL location.
Firearm is transferred only after all legal requirements have been satisfied.
Failure to complete the transfer process may result in return shipping fees, restocking fees, and other applicable charges.
Ammunition shipments are subject to federal, state, and local restrictions.
Customers are responsible for ensuring ammunition is legal to purchase, possess, and receive in their jurisdiction.
Ammunition may require:
Adult signature upon delivery
Special carrier handling
Additional shipping charges
Compliance verification
Certain states and local jurisdictions impose restrictions on ammunition purchases and deliveries. Orders that cannot legally be fulfilled may be canceled.

If a magazine included with a firearm exceeds legal capacity limits in the destination jurisdiction:
The magazine may be removed before shipment.
A compliant magazine may be substituted when available.
The order may be canceled if compliance cannot be achieved.
No credit will necessarily be issued for removed magazines unless required by law or otherwise approved.
Certain shipments may require an adult signature upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring an eligible adult is available to receive the shipment when required.
Additional delivery attempts or carrier fees may be the responsibility of the customer.

Carrier selection is determined by product type, destination, legal requirements, and operational considerations.
Not all shipping methods are available for all products.

Customers should not schedule gunsmithing appointments, hunting trips, competitions, or other events based solely on estimated delivery dates.
Customers should inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt.
If a package is lost, stolen, damaged, or appears to have been tampered with:
Notify the carrier immediately when appropriate.
Contact On Target Outdoors as soon as possible.
Retain all packaging materials.
Provide photographs if requested.
Claims may require carrier investigation before resolution can be determined.
If a shipment is refused, returned, abandoned, or otherwise undeliverable due to customer action or inaction:
Return shipping charges may apply.
Original shipping fees may not be refunded.
Restocking fees may apply.
Refunds may be reduced by costs incurred during shipping and return processing.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, On Target Outdoors ships only within the United States and its legally serviceable territories.
International orders are generally not accepted.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring products ordered are legal to own, possess, receive, transfer, and use within their jurisdiction.
By placing an order, customers represent and warrant that they may lawfully purchase and possess the products ordered.
On Target Outdoors reserves the right to cancel any order that may violate applicable laws or regulations.
